I’ve been through just about every cell phone company there is and I could pretty much tell you the pros and cons of each company based on my experiences. I will be honest, I usually choose which cell phone company to go with based on their free cell phone offers and other promotions like rebates and what not. I admit that in the end I learned that it wasn’t always the best idea to make your choices based on what type of free cellphones or cellphone deals you can get, but it does help if you can get a nice phone at a decent price and with a good, reputable company. My first experience with a cell phone was actually with Sprint, and because I wanted the best deal I spent days looking at various Sprint phones before I actually made my decision. As I’ve said numerous times before, I’m quite cheap and I always want the best deal no matter what. When my contract was due to be renewed with Sprint, I decided again to go looking at different cell phone deals so I could find something that could end up saving me money. I also wanted a new phone because by that time my phone was in pretty bad shape. I decided to go with At&t that time, and again spent days looking at at&t cell phones before I decided on a particular sony ericcson phone. It was orange and block, and really nice looking. It turned out to be a decent phone, too. When my contract with At&t was up, I moved onto T-mobile. After searching and searching through different 3rd party sales sites for the best cell phone deals I finally decided on getting the T-mobile Wing. It’s a nice phone, but in the end I think I got a little hasty with my decision because I was simply sick and tired of looking at Tmobile phones.
Anyway, I realize that I said that I’d been through just about every cell phone company, and the keywords in that statement are just about. I have yet to use the Verizon wireless service, but you can bet that when my current contract is over I’ll more than likely be searching for free verizon phones. I mean hey, you have to save everywhere you can, right?
