So Do You Like To Cook?
I like to cook. It’s rather ironic that I like to cook because about 5 years ago I couldn’t even make myself Easy Mac without screwing it up. Then I made the decision to go to one of those culinary schools where you learn how to boil water and all that good stuff. No, seriously, you learn a lot more than that but before I went I couldn’t even do that properly. I learned a lot while I attended and not just about cooking. In the end I got my associate’s degree. I felt like I had accomplished something.
If you’re interested in cooking and have been contemplating changing your career path or you are fresh out of high school and you think that culinary school might be the direction you want to go in, check out Northwest Culinary Institute. Its an excellent school and they offer financial aid, housing and some great culinary scholarships.
